Changing the ‘Aktiverungstermin’

Hello,
I need to change my Aktiverungstermin but I cannot do it on the online service. When I started my o2 DSL order I was promised a fast delivery and now I have to wait three weeks. How can I change the date and get my product faster?

Hi,

there is no way to get DSL faster. O2 must order a technican by the owner of the landline. They offer that date you´ve got, also o2 must put your assignment in there system so 3 weeks is in my opinion one of the fastest dates you can get.
Most other people wait 4 weeks or longer (mayby holidays, bad weather, technicans sick and so on).

three weeks is the normal duration for the activation, we will not get an earlier date, I'm sorry!
