Today, O2 DSL connection has done, and I connected to the frizbox7430 router which I have but didn't work. so I decided to change my contract to rent DSL router and telephoned to kundenservice but couldnot reach till now. Can I contact them by email?

I had a look into this and at your DSL connection. It seems to me like your DSL connection is up and running since this morning, isn't it?

    A free Fritzbox 7430 works with O2. A O2 Homebox is not needed. Why the 7430 not work? Want the leds status say. What stand in the log file from the Fritzbox?

    WLAN and DECT light is on, but cannot connect to internet and to make a telephone call.
    What means the log file?
