cannot get my DSL Online-Rechnung

Dear the O2 team

I cancelled my DSL contract because I left Germany. The contract was terminated on Sep 9 2018. I received an invoice on Sep 21. I cannot login with my previous Rufnummer: XXXXXXXXXX and the password, so I cannot see the invoice. I need to pay it via bank transfer because I have closed my German bank account. However, without login, I cannot find the invoice number. Could you help this, please?

Could you also provide the bank information for DSL payment?

Hello yesway,
we sent you a "Kündigungsbestätigung" on the 20th of August. In this, there was a new username that you can use to login to see the online bill. The password remains the same that you already used.

Thank you very much. It works. Because I have closed my German bank account, I need to make a bank transfer to pay my final bill. Could you tell me where I can find the bank information for DSL payment, please?

you wil find the necessary banking information on the bottom of the first page of the invoice.
