Cancelling DSL order placed in store

I have placed an order to DSL or XXXXXXXXXXX in O2 store. Meantime my landlord applied for an internet service with a different service provider and its now installed. So I went to cancel my order. The support lady said that she had cancelled the order.
I have returned the received router through DHL. Now I have received a message saying that I have an appointment with the Technician for O2 DHL internet. Kindly advise.

Hello valanjoy,
I had a look into this. As far as I can see you contacted customer service via chat twice and recieved the information to go to the shop where you signed this contract.
If a contract is made in a shop there is no right to cancel it within 14 days, this only applies if you order something via phone or via internet.
We can see no contact or information from the shop whatsoever so the activation process was still running.
The technician tried to activate the connection but was denied to do so. You will recieve further information vie email and post.
Regards,
Lars
