Hello,
I have cancelled my contract because I was leaving Germany (with the Abmeldung attached which was aprroved) and retourned the router.
Now I have received an invoice of 80€, when I was paying every month 23€ aprox.
I have given this las invoice back as I do not agree with it. Please, can you inform me why or how I should proceed with?

Thanks,
Sara

Because that is the statutory rule (section 46 Telecommunications Law). You are entitled to terminate the contract early if you move to an address at which the provider is unable to provide the service and the provider is entitled to charge three months basic fee to partly cover the resulting loss of revenue.

I suspect it was the final invoice and 3 months basic fee which is charged for terminating the contract early. This should be clear in the invoice. I am not sure how you can "give an invoice back", but please check it again and if you are unsure copy the text here and we can maybe explain it to you.

But why should I be charged for terminating the contract earlier if I had the Abmeldung and a reason of the transfer of my work?
