Hi,
I’ve made a contract to DSL today, in a physical store. I’d like to know what happens if I want to cancel it now, like, one day later. Do I have some time to cancel it without charges? I didn’t receive anything yet, like the router or something. Can I cancel it without being charged? Or if I cancel I must pay something?

Hi,

you signd your contract in a shop so you have no right to withdrawal. If you want to cancel your contract befor begining you must go to the shop where you signd at ask for cancelation. of godwill.
