Cancelation of Internet contract

I have sent a letter to you with the deregistration from the address I pay internet for and I am wondering when I will get feedback from you.

when did you sent this letter? As of today I do not find any letter that you sent us.

Thank you for your response.

I sent the letter on September 24th and it was delivered on September 25th.
I have sent it with tracking so I know that it has been delivered to you.

es kann mitunter einige Tage dauern, bis ein Eingang im Datensatz ersichtlich ist. Du hattest aber auch alle erforderlichen Daten im Brief angegeben, oder?

Hello Lars,

Yes and the letter is accompanied by my Abmeldung from the address you are providing internet for. That was the only document your employees at 2 different branches in Munich told me to send.
