Cancel the internet connection and request refund.

Dear Sir / Mam,
I, Gairik Aluni, would like to experience my experience with O2 DSL internet connection. My address is **********. I had ordered it for O2 DSL Internet connection dated October 11/10/2018, the connection to my house was on 08/11/2018 but there was no internet available due some technical issue since day one. I have heard of the problem with the box outside my house. I have her instructions and created ticket - 2 times. The first case no technical assistance but the ticket was closed. At the second time, a technical person came and said that "the problem can not be resolved today" and left without resolving the issue. I had asked the technical person to write in in a piece of paper since I do not understand German. Photo attached

The entire process of complaining over the phone is an incredibly complicated process as it takes more than 45 mins, not to mention. On top of that, I do not speak German and there is no support of English speaking customer service. I regret to say that O2 has no understanding of their customer needs and infrastructure.
" I have not been able to use a single megabyte of data" . Finally I had sent 2 letters both in written in "German" to request to disconnect the line and request for the refund, however, nothing has been refunded so far. I had to cancel the contract any time I wish, which cost me 150 Euros just for shipping.

I am just an exchange student here, and have ended up spending more than 200 euros for the 3 months of connection and a connection fee. I pity your service. This service is in the public forum and I would like to share this experience in the public forum. All other companies I have a problem with the issue of accepting a fault. I would like to claim my refund for being on the Internet for a single day.

In my house and said he can not fix this today. I hope this message goes to every customer.

The connection is cancelled now, but no refund has been issued yet.

Hello @Gairik,
I had a look into this. As far as I can see there were two technical trouble tickets regarding the internet connection, one of these has been closed since there came no further information from the customer.
If you encounter any difficulities regarding the DSL connection I recommend to call the technical DSL hotline. If you do not speak any german at all I suggest to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
Your contract has already been deactivated since you sent us your cancelation in December.

This is exactly, what I have been saying that, after I had opened the ticket - I did not receive an phone call from the engineer that they will arrive and the next thing you do is close the ticket. This is a totally unfair way to do close an issue which hasn't been resolved.
The second time I had opened the ticket and the engineer has written that he will cannot resolve the issue on the same day. Dont you understand that in a situation such as this you cannot close the ticket without confirming with the customer?

I would like to ask for a refund of the money deducted from my account.

Sorry, @Gairik,
looking at the data that I have regarding this issue I can not grant you any refund. In every ticket your mobile phone number and/or your email address is noted and you will recieve further information regarding this ticket.
