Cancel my contract

Hello,

I want to cancel my ADSL contract because i come back to me country.

My contract is without permanence:e

O2 DSL M Flex

  • Inklusives Datenvolumen: unbegrenzt
  • Aktiv seit 23.07.18
  • keine Mindestvertragslaufzeit
I only have to advise about it 4 week before.

I have start the procedure via meinO2.

Here it says me that I need the:
vierstellige persönliche Kundenkennzahl

But I dont find it in my Vertrag Briefe.

Pleased could you provide me these number?

Another question, from activation of the cancellation of the contract via phone, the service is from this point finished or until the end date in my case 22th January 2019?

The Router, can i return the Router in a O2 shop or which is it the procedure?

Hello fgb2md,

please excuse my late reply. Your contract can be cancelled with 4 weeks notice by the end of the month. To confirm your online prenotification you have to call the number that is shown to you online.

You can also send in your cancellation by letter to

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg

Or via fax to 01805 - 57 17 66

Hi fgb2md.
Our colleagues will sent you a copy of your "persönliche Kundenzahl" via letter with in the next few days.
Your contact will end in your case 22th January 2019 if you confirm your cancellation via phone till the 13th of december.
Or you sent a letter or fax as o2_Giulia told you before. The Router has sent back to us, you can create a returnlabel via http://g.o2.de/GAF

Hello,
I have made the cancellation vía phone and i have a email confirmation.
In this mail It says that


"Informationen rund um Ihre Kündigung:

Anbieterwechsel
Zu diesem Termin werden wir den Festnetzanschluss mit der Hauptrufnummer 4971191237063 auf Ihren neuen Telekommunikationsanbieter umschalten. Die einmalige Servicepauschale in Höhe von 29,95 EUR stellen wir Ihnen gesondert in Rechnung.
"

I am never going to change of operator.

I have made a total cancellation, and It was clear when i confirm the "Kundigung" vía Phone. I have returned the router, Also.
I am in my country, so i didn't change to other operator

So, somebody of O2 could clarify this?

Hi fgb2md.
We wont charge you the so called "Servicepauschale " which you would have paid when changing the provider.
In your case it is just a normal cancellation.
