I would like to cancel my "DSL Upgrad Unlimited" subscription, is there a way to do that online? Apparently, the cancellation option is deactivated on my account.

    you can do this by hotline, livechat or by post or fax. 

    Also you can wait here for an o2 worker but for this you need time, because i don´t know when one look over and you must write down your landlinenumbe in your forum profile.
