Cancel DSL contract before activation.

Hello!

Today, for the second time in a week, I've been waiting for the technician to come and install my DSL. Nobody showed up. I know it's not your fault but now I can't really afford to take another day off work and be without internet at home for another week. I'll just find an alternative.

 

I want to end my contract. Where should I send the FAX? What data do you need? Should I call the hotline? I expect not to be charged for anything since I never actually used your services.

Just so you know: The technicians are not from o2 but from Telekom as they own the line into your building, so if you go with another provider you will no doubt have exactly the same problem.
