Cancel DSL contract

Hi,

I moved out from Germany just before Christmas and I think I have managed to cancel because I have both send a physical mail to you along with the router to you!

But because I'm moved out from my flat then I haven't seen any confirmation for it.
Can somebody help me to check that?

The weblogin still works but I can't find any information on this.

Hello @niklasad1,
I had a look into your data (I aussume you are using the same email address as in your DSL account?).
I can see no sign of a cancelation or a router. When did you send the cancelation and the router and to which exactly did you send each of this?
Since no cancelation is visible in your account the contract is still running.

Hi Lars,

I sent it back via the return form on your website.

I received this email which confirmed it:

Liebe/r XXXXXXXXXX,
wir freuen uns Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass die Bearbeitung Ihres Rücksendeauftrags XXXXXXXXXX für das Gerät mit der Seriennummer XXXXXXXXXX abgeschlossen ist.
Gleichzeitig bestätigen wir Ihnen, dass wir das Gerät zu Ihren Gunsten entlasten werden.
Details zum Rücksendestatus können Sie unter Angabe der Serien- und der Auftragsnummer jederzeit einsehen.

Can you cancel my contract or do I need send a another mail or fax to you?

Hello @niklasad1,
I informed our logistics departement with the details, so they will have a look regarding the returned router. Still there is no cancelation of the contract visible.
I can only recommend to send a cancelation as soon as possible.
