Can I cancel the router option from the new contract?

I am new O2 Dsl customer and I am waitng to receive the router. It has been sent twice and returned with reason address not determined (no access to building, no name on the postbox,.. etc) which is not true. Except maybe they came and I was at work and the door was closed. Now I am done from tracking dhl and calling hotline and waisting time without any result. Is it possible to cancel the router option?
