Broadband Cancellation - Move abroad

Hi

I hope you are well.

I have a broadband contract in Germany; I left the country a couple of months ago.

I send a letter of resignation, as well as my broadband router back to you.

I got charged last month 57.97 euros.

I recently received a new bill for 51.05 euros.

Could you please explain the last 2 bills and confirm my account has been closed down?

Hi ArnaudH.
The Router hasnt arrived yet , that is why our logistics deparment charged you 51.05 Euro.
When did you sent the router? Did you get a tracking ID to check when and where the package was deliverd?

Yes, I returned the router in November 2018.

I returned via the label you provided, I received notification that the router was well received.

Could you please look at the label you provided for the return and check against it?

Hi Arnoud.
We found the router, but we cant stop the transaction.
Please talk to your bank, they can transfer the mony back your account.
Get back to us after that so we can refund the money.
That is nessesary otherwise you will get a message from our inhouse dunning department.

There is no money on the account, so I suppose the transaction may go rejected.

Could you please make sure your billing department is aware of this?

Alright, in this case the transaction will be rejected automaticly by your bank institute.
and we will take care of the rest.
