Bills coming after contract termination

Hello Team O2,

I have used o2 dsl service till march 2018.
After termination, I paid a bill of 90,28 euro and got confirmation that the final bill was recieved.
However, I received 3 bills after the payment of my final bill.
I paid the first bill of 2,5 euro after getting an information that 2,5 euro is the late payment fee of final bill.
I paid 2,5 euro also and got confirmation from team o2 over the facebook page that final bill is completely paid and everything is settled.


However, I got another bill of 4 euro for june for which I didnt get any explanation even after reaching out to o2 team.
Furthermore, I received a bill of 8 euro for the month of July.

I would like to know:

1) what are the bills of june and july related to?
2)How could o2 send me bills every month after contract termination and full payment of final bill with late payment fee?
3)I am unable to login to my account to see what is happening? can you provide a relevant username and password for my account to see what is happening?

I request a reply soon since I am asked to pay bills by the o2 team without an explanation for what I am paying. Moreover, the bills are incrementing every month without letting me know what it is for.

Hello devika,
I had a look into this. Please excuse any inconveniences that you had regarding this payment. I ordered to credit you customer account that you had with us the amount of 8,00 EUR so we should neither try to recieve or deduct any more money. As of today nad if the credit is granted as soon as possible you sould recieve a maximum of two bills, one that states that there are still 8,00 EUR open to be paid and in the ideal case you recieve just one more bill that states that there is no open amount left.

In the case if I receive a bill of 8 euro,should I be paying it or should i wait for the next bill which says no open amount to be paid?

Hello devika,
you do not have to pay any bill. If you recieve a bill just get in touch with us in this thread, we will have a look into this and I am sure this situation is finally solved :-)
