Bill received after the contract was canceled

Hello,

I have just received a 51e bill from O2 although the contract has been stopped mid July. I have sent the router on September 11th back to O2 and the bill I received today says that the router has not been returned.

Could you please help me out since I don't understand German and can't really find the way to solve this problem?

thanks for the answer! What do you mean by "deposit receipt"? The one I have received by the post when I sent it? I don't have that one, I probably throw it away just after I sent it..

Is there another way to solve this problem?

Hello anamarija,
that is unfortunate since this would be the verification regarding the time and date the box has been sent and it also includes the sending number. Without that, it will be a little bit... difficult.
Do you still remember the address you sent it and did you maybe recieve an email stating that a delivery from you has arrived at o2?
