another status tracking link that does not work

Hi there,
I got a mail previously asking for the info of the previous tenant. But i could not provide this information. Today, the customer service call me and asked about my apartment number. Afterwards, i have received a new contract and status tracking link. But the status tracking link still does not work. Could someone pls tell me whether i am getting my internet or not? Thank you.
