Almost 1 month and I still do not have internet. I can not even write msg to contribution side. There is no English help or menu. Can not call the line in English. Anyone can help me for this ?

I still continue to receive new thema from o2. I think I marked as solution. I clicked the tick. But I think it is not closed yet ?

    I am sorry but I couldn't do this new email not coming anymore. I continue to receive new e-mails with reference: Neues Thema in der o2 Community

    I continue to receive this every 20 mins and it's very disturbing. How can I stop this pls ?
