I dont know what the problem is. They say there is internet line coming to the house and it is active.
But the internet light is off. And info button is blinking red and yellow I think. I tried with dsl help but it said I need online help. I tried to call online help bit there is no English menu. I can not contact to the help.

That´s the problem ...
If a factory reset can´t help, you need a compatible router. Most o2-router on ebay are incompatible with current o2DSL!

That´s for WLAN only. Without a dedicated PIN for such router once again - NO CHANCE!
BTW - o2 don´t sell such router. Therefore the former "owner" gave you a rental router. That means from legal aspects, that´s this is illegal.
You have Internet at the connector, but -sorry to say that- the wrong router.

The previous owner MUST SEND BACK the router to avoid large bill for his account. He ist not the owner!

His PIN is only for HIS contract and adress and can´t be re-use for other customers.

You need a compatible router (e.g. Fritzbox 7490, buy or lease) AND DSL-user-ID + password + VoIP-user-ID+password

You need a router compatible for O2DSL or "Telekom BNG". In Turkey is another standard.
The cheapest type is a Fritzbox 7430 for Internet and phone. Or a Modem-Router for internet only, if you don´t need a phone line.
