Problems with HTC one and possible way to claim replacement

My HTC one has the purple camera problem in low light. Also my battery is really bad. Although I'm in powersaving mode all the time it lasts really bad 6 to 10hrs at max. How do I send the phone back for warranty and get a replacement. 

I took the mobile on a 2 year contract and now into 8th month. I have these problems since the beginning. Initially I thought the problems were software related but now after some interenet searching found out that purple camera problem is hardware related. 

Also I want to know when sense 6 update is coming for HTC one in Germany.

I am so sorry your mobile phone shows to have these problems. Have you got in touch with us about that before?
Which HTC One are you refering to precisely? Have you already tried a hard-reset?

We can record a repair order for you if you want and this turns out to be absolutely necessary.

Unfortunately we haven't got any information about the sense 6 update so far.
