I have ordered an iPhone 16 Pro (without a SIM) and have already paid in advance. I received the order confirmation, and the shipment was tagged to DHL. However, on the delivery day, the DHL status changed to "The item will be returned at the sender's request."

 

I have not received my phone yet. How can I retrieve it? Is it possible to collect the phone from the nearest O2 store?

No, it was subsequently cancelled by o2, there have been several such cases. You will no longer receive the mobile phone. To be on the safe side, you should call the English-speaking hotline.

    Hello

    My order did not reach me as I did not receive any notification or doorbell ring. It was supposed to arrive today, but it has now been returned to the original sender. What should I do next?

    Will I receive a refund for my order?

     

    I attempted to contact customer support but was unable to retrieve my customer number. However, I do have my order number. Can it be used to process this query?

    I moved your comment together here in this thread about a new issue.

    As we from here cannot access your data, as your login in our community is not connected to a contract, jscs advice is good to connect the colleagues from our English Hotline via the 089 66 66 300 81 for them to clarify what happened to your order.

    But jsc is also correct in that, when the smartphone you ordered has been returned to us, the order will thus be cancelled.
