How to cancel DSL contract?

Hi,

 

I have a DSL contract. How can I terminate it?

It doesn't have any minimum term, it should require a month notice I think.

that's correct. We need the cancellation in written form. If you can arrange it a letter or fax in german would be great.  Adress is
