Problem with number porting


I recently got a new “Handy mit Vertrag” and i clicked the option  Rufnummermitnahme. Just activated the eSim through the letter i received. Unfortunately it gave me a new number instead of carrying forward my old number. My old number is also from O2. Please let me know if anything can be done to replace the number with my old number.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Internal portings are generally a bit more complex in nature, which is why that requires the additional step with the form that Bumer has already linked here. Just fill that out with all the relevant data and send it in and, then you should soon enough hear from us about the porting of your number.
