What is an O2 contact e-mail? I try to get help in English with my mobile contract.
Hello. First off...this is suggestion. You could do some version in English.I was trying...more then 20 minutes to register here. There is the pop-up,which says something like "register".And when I go to new page and register (enter e-mail,my user-name,password) and finish it - nothing happens. No confirmation e-mail,I can't log in...nothing.Pretty annoying.Fix that. Then I found new link (not in that pop-up) and finally I registered. Suggestion is that you made one thread sticky, with instructions how to register in English (or fix that pop-up,with registration). Now... This is copy/paste of the e-mail I just sent (vertragskunden-kontakt@cc.o2online.de).But I got automatic reply. As I understood (I'm not good in German) that e-mail address is not in usage. Another suggestion:for foreign costumers maybe you could make some support via e-mail.Not like this.I'm not such big fan of making my data public (like here,in the public forum). Anyway...here it is: Hello. I co
Hello, I cancelled my contract in May 2018 by writing to o2 Germany and I had a phone call to confirm this. I left Germany in July 18. The home internet was cancelled but clearly not the mobiles as I keep getting sent bills which are worryingly getting bigger. I have written to you twice now to explain the situation both in English and translated German but still being asked for money! Please can you check this for me. My mobile number was 017xxxxxx6 and my husbands number was also connected to same account. o2_Solveig: Rufnummer aus Datenschutzgründen editiert
Hi, I moved to UK in May 2018. I was an O2 customer since 2013. My contract was automatically extended twice for which I had no idea during that time and still did bear with it. Last year, I took a DSL connection and in the mean time it gets activated, I was told I will be given a free SIM till then to browse internet and later it was made as a contract and kept charging me. I realized all this recently after moving to UK when I was charged twice a month. So in total I paid 3 bills having used only 2 all time. Frustrated with all this, I contacted O2 several times over phone, internet, chat, email no one gave me straight answer. Finally I was able to raise a complaint and I got an email several days later saying out of good will they will cancel the contracts to an earlier date. I sent the documents, kept charging me with bills. I contacted the Kundenbetreuung several times and each time I get a different answer and again they ask me to send me deregistration certificate
Hello, yesterday the O2 technician came to install the DSL line. Then I have properly connected wi-fi router (HomeBox 6441) but, after 24 hours, i cannot establish any connection. As you can see from the attached picture the automatic installation proceduire stops at step 2 and i cannot go on. Can O2 technicians help me? Danke
Hi everyone, I am seeking help with the problem I am facing with O2 at the moment. Before moving to Germany in September I ordered a sim card online hoping to receive it rapidly. After 2 weeks, I contacted the Kundenservice asking where my sim card was. They had problems and it didn't work, whatever. They promised to send a new one right away. 2 weeks later still nothing. I head to a O2 store to ask what’s going on. The guy there calls the hotline and sees that again there was a problem with the sim card. He offers me to do it in the store, so I could finally get my sim card (1 month after !!!). I told him I saw something online for 15€ a month. He rushes to do the contract and gives me a sim card. I was happy to finally have a usable phone now. However, I discover that I cannot call and be called. I tried everything (restarting the phone, take the ism card out, ...nothing). I go to an O2 store (again) to ask what’s going on. It happens that the guy sold me a sim card for tablet wi
I want to know the extra charges for extending internet only for this month
I had an appointment with a Telekom technician on 26.09 to connect my DSL connection. The technician said that my telephone cable from the basement up to my apartment is broken somewhere in the middle. Two days later my janitor sent a technician who replaced the telephone cable with a new. Since then, I booked an appointment on 08.10 for a technician to connect my telephone cable and NOONE came. I waited for 4 HOURS and simply no one showed up. I got a confirmation for a second appointment on 22.10. and again. NOONE CAME. FOR TWO TIMES, I WAIT FOR 4 HOURS AND NOONE SHOWS UP!!!!!! Now they tell me, I must book a third appointment! WHAT DO THIS PEOPLE THINK? THAT I HAVE NO WORK AND NOTHING TO DO ALL DAY LONG SO IT IS OKAY TO WAIT FOR AN ANOTHER 4 HOURS AT HOME FOR A TECHNICIAN THAT NEVER SHOWS UP!!!! I AM FED UP WITH THIS COMPANY.
Hi, I have exactly the same problem... I had prepaid SIM card an took over to contract plan. Now SIM card doesnt show any signal since date of transfer... Hello! I bought O2 prepaid sim card online 2 weeks ago. I tried to activate through Video-Ident and they did not accept my Indian Passport (also my German residence Permit was not sufficient) and asked me to approach the Deutsche Post. The Deutsche Post person tried to identify my passport but the machine did not accept it. Then I tried the O2 shop and they said they cannot activate a sim card that is bought online. So I simply cannot use O2 sim card?!
Hello I made an oder for the new iPhone with a O2 phone contract. After that I received an email that I that my oder for the phone was denied. Today I received the envelope with the sim card. My question is if I can cancel the O2 phone contract? Because I don't want an contract if I cannnot buy it with the phone.
Hi I had an O2 account XXXXXXXX which I transferred to another person on June 2017 way ahead of my 3 months contract renewal period. I did this in an O2 shop in Frankfurt. Since I moved from Frankfurt to Munich I couldnt take my connection with me since my apartment already had an internet connection. I was assured by the O2 employee that everything has been taken care and asked me to send the rental agreement by post to the O2 office which I did. I also have the confirmation that the account was transferred at the O2 shop. Fast forward 6 months, I receive an invocie with around 500 euros as cancellation charges which is ridiculous. Last month they deducted around 500 euros from my account. When I went to the O2 shop they said they cant help me and asked me to write a letter with all the documents to the O2 office in Hamburg which I did. Last week I received a mail that they cant speak english and they are not able to help me written in perfect English. Come on 500 euros of m
So I bought O2 sim on 03.09.2018 from Mall of Berlin Branch and the consultant named XXXX XXXXXXX gave me this package of 5 GB data with the promotion of 150 GB data with the Huawei Device. The total bill was 113,98!Euro. From Saturday onwards my internet wasnt working so Iogged in today and checked that my data of 5GB is consumed but he said he has given me 150 GB data. Today I went to this branch of Mall of Berlin again with my problem that my Data is over and it is supposed to be 150GB. So the lady over there said me that I can not help you this promotion is over and this was supposed to be activated by 3rd Sept which I had no information about and she said she cant help me because the other guy sold this promotion so she can not help me. I said I have invoice it will mentioned in it she said it is not on invoice and I can not help you for this.. So first of all why it is not on my invoice are they not recording it that how many people has bought this promotion and I told him this
Sent the documents required for Kuendigung to the fax number that was given. Called in 4 times and the Fax was not being received from O2. What should I do.
I was an Erasmus student in Heidelberg for 6 months, from 1 September 2015 to 15 February 2016. On 7 September 2015, I bought two internet usb sticks (and started two internet provision contracts) from the 02 shop at Hauptstr. 118. I told the employee I wanted them for 6 months and he asked me to come again in February 2016 to cancel the contracts before I leave. Indeed, on 8 February 2016 I did so, I returned the sticks and gave a paper from the Studierendenwerk, proving that I leave Heidelberg. On 30 March 2016, the employee sent me an e mail confirming that he cancelled the contracts. Indeed, from 30 March 2016 on, the automatic payments from my bank account stopped (only O2 could do this) and I could no more login to MyAccount (it was deactivated). A few days ago, after so many years, a letter came in Greece from a debt collection agency, stating that the contracts were cancelled by O2 on August 2016, that I owe 712.82 euros to O2 and that they were sending letters to my student r
Good morning, first of all I apologize for writing in English but I am not very fluent in German. I have subscribed for DSL with O2 at the beginning of January and I have also set a username and password to access Mein O2 (not the one I am using for the forum). Everything was in order but last week by mistake I have inserted a wrong password a couple of times and my account was blocked. Now when I try to login it asks me to reset password. Unfortunately I could not do it: it asked me for the DSL O2 phone number which I didn't have. So I decided to wait for the email from O2 with the phone number associated to my DSL contract, which arrived at the beginning of the week. I tried to reset the password with that number but it is not possible since it is not recognized as a proper number. My DLS should have been activated yesterday (the Deutsche Telekom technician was there yesterday to set up the connection!), so I would have expected it to work. The emails from O2 also contained a link

Hallo, This is Naseeb alosh and my number is 0049160xxxxx98 and iam o2 customer. I saw an offer iphone with 10GB and all flat... can i move from my contract to this contract ?? TBCMagic: Public forum! Please do not post personal datas!
Hello, so last week I was on a plan which gives me flat rates for internet 1 GB in Germany and EU zone 1 and 2. I was happy with it because zone 2 includes Switzerland and I travel there a lot for work. Every time I enter Switzerland, I get the sms (attached) which says it costs me nothing to use internet or phone calls in Switzerland, and because I get it almost weekly, I ignore it. So I extended my contract for two more years and I believe I have chosen the same options like my last contract, but this time when I travelled, I got another sms which says it is now costing me and unfortunately I though it was an error because I know it does not cost me according to what I am used to for 2 years. Then two days later another sms saying im charged 60 EUR and now it will stop the data roaming to prevent further charges. My question is, when I extended the contract, did O2 change the list of EU free roaming countries and did not alert me that my extended contract will not include Switzer
The short summary of a long story: I have been an o2 DSL customer since 2015. I was moving apartment, so in mid-March, I requested that o2 move my internet to my new place. The date given for line activation was May 3. I found this wait too long and wanted to try another provider, so I sent a letter to cancel the contract in April. I received no reply from o2 to the cancellation letter. Furthermore, a Telekom engineer arrived to activate my line on May 3 anyway. Therefore, I assumed my cancellation request was not processed. From the activation date (May 3), the internet connection never worked. I did not have access to internet. When I called the hotline, they told me it didn't work because I cancelled my contract. Even though the final date was May 31, I was told that the internet would not work even though I had over 3 weeks left on the contract. They asked if I wanted to extend the contract, which would restore my internet access. I agreed, so that I could just finally
