Yesterday I tried to pay my bill using Transferwise, I already closed my bank account so I needed to use a different currency, but it didn't give me an ability to put in my customer number. I paid it, got confirmation from Transferwise that the money was sent but not from O2, is it possible for that money to be confirmed, I dont want to pay the money again.
Hi i left Germany and already sent the contract cancellation form with address cancellation and other required documents. I want to know how long will it take to cancel my contract. What's the current status? Is it still in progress?
Hello, I travelled in Switzerland which is not included in my contract, which is why I was deactivating my roaming when in Switzerland and reactivated it as soon as I was in Austria / France. How come I paid for that month 89 € instead of the usual 45€? Could O2 actually provide me with a proof of where I was using my data ? I'm totally sure that I never used in in Switzerland. Only at the border like Feldkrich in Austria. Thanks. Julien

Once again, my fritzbox 7490 is not working. On fritz.box it says “internet nicht verbunden”, even though the lights are ok (wlan and internet lights are green). Last time i made a friend call the customer service in german and the only thing they did was reset something from there and everything was ok. It took literally 3 minutes. But they don’t understand me in english, i just need them to reset the damn thing from there!!!!!! Can someone help me please???
Every time I top up the recharge on my phone, about 6 euros get deducted from some third party service without my knowledge and without my consent. I have found no way to block these payments. It is difficult to catch an english speaking customer service provider which is why I have not been able to directly ask O 2 to put a block on these payments and I cant find how to do it myself from the website as I see no such option listed on the website/app. Some guide/instructions for the procedure to block all the third party payments would be helpful.
The worst mobile coverage of Germany. They are giving the best options, the most GB of internet which you can not use. I made this mistake and I still have like 15 more months. After it is over I will burn the sim card and the contract in front of an O2 store. I live in Bodensee area and can you believe that the Swiss operators are giving WAY BETTER signal from 6-7 km away. The internet speed: In city center it might compete with a 56k router, maybe!!! When you travel between the cities other operators are giving at least signal but O2 is giving nothing. If your car is broken you can not call anyone. Sooo my advice is, instead of using O2 you better communicate with smoke like Indians. Believe me it will be way faster and efficient. I am trying to add a data plan to my iPhone XS by adding an eSIM. I have found the page where I believe the eSIM details should be, but there isn't a QR code on this page. Further, the buttons to copy the "SM-DP + Adresse" don't do anything. I have tried this on both Safari and Chrome on OSX, and on Safari on iOS and none work. Using the O2 app isn't an option for me as my phone is registered to the UK app store (I am based in both Germany and the UK). First, after I moved to my new flat with the previous DSL account with O2, I cannot access to myO2 page. It automatically jumps to https://hilfe.o2online.de. Second, the first bill after my move includes the installation fee of about 50 Euro. I chose to make a new 2 year contract instead of continuing my previous contract. Therefore, the bill must not include this installation fee. I cannot even see the detailed bill online since I cannot login to my O2 account.

Hi, I signed an O2 my Home M VDSL contract at O2 customer care office Munich, which states 19,99 Euro for the first 12 months and 29,99 Euro from the 13th month ownwards. Also for the activation charges, it was 49,99 Euro. But when I received the email with the contract and payment details, my monthly charges starts at 29,99 Euro and activation charges at 69,99 Euro. Why there is difference in the contract terms send by email ?

Hello! I've been a happy O2 DSL customer in the last 2 years, but as I became an employee of a competitor, I got a better DSL+TV offer... I have done the cancellation notice in Mein o2 app on 26th of July and I called the provided phone number on 29th of July 2019. The O2 colleague confirmed that he registered my cancellation for the end of August, as I had a DSL S Flex contract. He said that if I change my mind, I can call back and he can make me a better offer; if not, my contract will be canceled by the end of August 2019. As I didn't call back, I would expect that my contract has been already canceled, but to make sure that everything is fine, today I've tried to get the confirmation from the same phone number. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with your service: the first o2 employee hang up without saying anything when I tried to switch to English (as my German is very bad) and then the next lady told me in German that her colleague has already answered me and hang up also
