yes i spoke with someone on 21/8/2015 about change my contract but i did not signature any one and i did not agree and on 15/9/2015 i went to O2 shop and i changed my contract three



It's not nessecery to sign a contract when you conclude one online or by telephone.

You better should have read the confirmation, which was sent to you after you had phoned with o2.

You could have cancelled the contract within 2 weeks after you had received the mail.

Now it will probabably be difficult or even impossible to cancel it.

you don't pay twice for the same contract. You have morre contracts.

And you pay once for each contract.
