Hi I have been abroad for amount 2 months and have NOT been able to use my German phone number. My bill should 270 + my normal tariff for each month. Instead it is neatly 1500EUR. There’s absolutely no way I can make that at the moment and there is no way for me to freely contact you. What are my options as I think this is a huge mistake. Could you please contact me on phone so I can sort this out? For example there’s one day 30.03.2020 Mobiles Internet Ausland 1988048 KB 375,1371 I feel like this is a huge overestimate. Also can I add CH or US data roaming to my plan And is there a payment plan for the 270 that can be split over the months
I’ve noticed today my internet is broken. The usual restart did not help as usual. Checking the router I found the firmware was updated (it was not the best idea to let it update automatically). In the settings I discovered “DE_g34.0_RTL0080.D112.DE.21.13.109 [2020-05-12 06:44:16]”. Restart does not help to fix the internet. All the settings were showing like it is all ok. But it was not ok. The settings reset was helpfult to recover the internet (and re-configure router quickly). All setting were looking OK, but internet was not working. Dear O2, I do not know why I have to pay 21,99 euro this month. My contract was already terminated before my contract end which was on 24.04.2020. Besides, I also sent the router back and your wrote me an email on 22.04.2020 that you said you got my router. So, I did not get it why I have to pay for this month (May). Does anyone know? DSL is not working even if modem is showing no issues after testing. We have restarted numerous times and even returned the modem to factory settings twice. DSL funktioniert nicht, auch wenn der modem nach den Tests keine Probleme zeigt. Wir haben zahlreiche Male neu gestartet und das Modem sogar zweimal auf die Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt. Hello, First of all I need someone who speaks English. Thank you! I ordered Iphone 11 pro max 256Gb, silver last 05.04.20 with contract number xxxxxxxxxxx. It was dispatched via DHL with tracking number xxxxxxxxxxx and as per tracking details it was delivered successfully 16.04.20 at 10:48 am, however to WRONG person (Herr Schmidt, who we DO NOT KNOW and no one lives in the area by that name). For your information, I have put my neighbor's address too in case the delivery man came and I am not home. Neither she received the item. I just wanna let you know also that I have received the invoice paper by mail. It seems that there's no problem with the delivery by post but WHY the phone was not delivered to the correct address? Can you coordinate with shipping company or investigate them at least? What happens if the receiver already used the phone? That's not fair to me, right? Dear Sir/Madam, I have been trying to check my invoices online through the website for the last ± 12 months but the webpage seems to have been broken for over a year now. I was looking to get some insight on the charges for my phone contract of the following periods: 18.10.2019 - 17.11.2019 18.11.2019 - 17.12.2019 18.12.2019 - 17.01.2020 18.02.2020 - 17.03.2020 18.03.2020 - 17.04.2020 The invoice is always sent with a noreply email (and I still haven't been able to find any email address I can send these enquiries to), my German is sadly not good enough to handle the phone customer service, so I'm hoping to get the information through this community! My line was finally activated on Thursday, but I am still not connected to the internet. I have a Draytek 130 and I cannot access its interface to connect it to my Asus router. I input the username and password provided by o2 directly on the Asus, but there is still no internet connectivity. I just hope I have the correct cables, I bought the Draytek used and I had to find a TAE cable with RJ11. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Edit o2_Lars: Transfered to our english community.
Hello all. I have a problem with my internet connection. It desconects every day at the same time, around 10:20-10:40 PM. The disconection time lasts between 2 and 8 minutes. My router TP link VR600V is new and this problem is happening for at least 2 months (since I realised this periodic disconections).
I have requested DSL connection from O2. 15 days before i received o2 wireless modem and Technciain appointment was give 28.05.2020. Technicial came at 9.00 and left 9.30 saying connection was activated. He didnt show me internet was working that. Just went like call o2 for wireless activation. But even DSL cable i connected to wireless modem. Still my internet was not working. This is looking very unfair took contract for 24 months but not sure how to work with o2 without internet was activated.. I received mail saying that your connection is activated. Totally disappointed with service. Now i am finding all the way in internet how to activate no help.. I am a new subscriber, I apply for 9.99€ for 1GB monthly from O2, then the first month it was Ok 9.99€ was deducted to my bank account, then now the 2nd bill i have to pay 9.99€ plus 48.31€ for what is that 48.31€ ? Hi, I recently bought a brand new phone at an O2 store, but I was charged twice for the same item. At the time of purchase, the O2 representative thought the first attempt to pay for the phone with my debit card was unsuccessful and so I had to try again. It appears that the first and second attempt were both successful and I was double charged in the end. I do not speak any German, and I am new to this country and cell phone company and have been incredibly frustrated with the fact that I’ve been charged twice but cannot call to talk to someone about it or email a customer service team member about this issue and have now resorted to this online forum. Also, unlike banks in my home country where a bank can dispute their customer’s issue on their behalf with the vendor -- I was informed by my local bank here that I needed to deal with this issue directly with the vendor (O2). I tried calling the customer service hotline -- but without any working knowledge of German -- I was unable to
Hi, I have two O2 sim cards (both are monthly contract) My question is : if I change one of them to the prepaid tariff after the contract, one other sim can still be used with the half price monthly contract? Now I pay the full price for the 1st sim, and the 2nd one is only half price. I worry if I change one of the them to prepaid plan, the other one will cost t/ be changed to full price. Hi, I am facing issues with my Wifi ever since I started working from home. My Wifi stops working for 5-10 minutes at random times, it happened 20 minutes ago again, and usually once per few days.
