Hello.

I live in Bad Wilsnack and our house has O2 as an provider of our DSL, first of its very slow, like 6/1 Mbit.

 

But the big problem is really that the internet some days go down lika serveral times an hour some days just a few times a day, but i really think that over the two monts i lived here now it has not stayed up for a full day once.

 

I’m starting to suspect the line to the house or the “telekommunikationvermittlung” is bad or broken.

 

What kind of responsebilitys do you as a company have that the cables to the house is “fit for fight”?

Do you have any instructions(in english) for me to do the troubbleshooting on my own so there is no problem with the modem, router?

Do you offer other connection types like fiber optics?

O2 has only a German support.

You should call the support, be sure that you have some one speaking German!

Rufe diese Service-Rufnummer bitte möglichst von deinem Mobiltelefon aus an, da zur Problembehebung u. U. der Router neu gestartet werden muss und dadurch Anrufe vom Festnetz unterbrochen werden.
