Withdraw new contract made yesterday

I ordered a contract yesterday by phone - mobile phone with tariff and a smartwatch.

The confirmation email (EINGANGSBESTÄTIGUNG) received from O2 only showed mobile phone with tariff costs.
However, I received an email that My-Handy is rejected and the order for the mobile phone tariff is processed and checked separately.

I don't want a separate mobile phone tariff. And so I want to cancel the entire order.

As well as I want to stop O2 from initiating the request for number portability.

I sent an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de, but they haven’t replied yet.

 

I want to stop any further proceeding and want my order cancelled immediately.

I regret that the order for your device was internally refused.

 

But you did everything correctly. If you have sent us a withdrawal with the e-mail-address you mentioned, you will certainly receive a reply by e-mail within the next days.

Hello Tobias,

Thank you very much for your reply.

After sending an email with Widerrufsformular, I received a response about cancellation from no-reply@o2.de via telefonica.com 

But they have mentioned a different order number or reference number than what it actually is.

I also received a SIM card which I am told to ignore and no need to return. But now it is getting very confusing as the reference number is not what it should be.

I have sent an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de asking for confirmation of cancellation and no active contract anymore.

I have only 3 days left until my right of revocation and I do not want any miscommunication.

Is it possible for you help me confirm the status on any contracts in my account?

We can´t confirm the status without exchanging data via personal messages first, I´m afraid.

You´ve received an order confirmation for one contract and also one for the cancellation, correct?

The different ID´s are definitly not helping.
