Slow DSL Connection/Problem

Hello, 

I have a contract with a speed up to 100 Mbit. However, I generally have around only 15 Mbit which does not make sense. 
 

Could you please help me regarding this case,

Hello @cbaser,

 

sorry for my late reply. This can have many reasons, do you know the name of your tarif? Do you have the problem constantly or only sometimes/lately? Did you measure the speed via WiFi?
