Hello,

I have hired an o2 DSL that was activated yesterday. Using a Fritz! Box7530, I have configured all the requested data (o2 DSL, user, password) but the DSL led is blinking all the time.

I receive the next message:

Die Prüfung der Internetverbindung ist fehlgeschlagen. Die DSL-Verbindung ist gestört. Prüfen Sie, ob das DSL-Kabel richtig angeschlossen ist.

Could it be an error in the activation?

could be anything. no cable. not wrong pass etc. get help from friend.

sorry for my late reply. If the problem still exists, please call our technical support. You’ll find the free hotline number under step 3. Please be at home close to the router if you call. If possible get help from a German-speaking friend for the phone call.

 

Our o2 DSL assistance app can also help you with connection problems. You can set it to English language as well.
