As I was still a student, when first arrive to Germany in 2018 and I don’t know much German at that moment, even now I am not be fully understanding the contract in detail. There was an agent/reseller in Mannheim helped me to creating the contract and told me that I could simply cancel the contract just 1 month before the contract end. Which I had double confirm the same agent/reseller in person before I leave German in Dec 2019 with same question and got the same answer. However, when I chat with LG Niko through messenger on 7 June 2020 as I wanted to cancel my contract, Niko told me that is the information given from the agent/reseller is incorrect. My contract was auto renewed and new contract end date is 19 Aug 2021, which I am not willing to. Actually, I am not aware of this and there is no any notification sent to me by email or sms. Can I ask a special arrangement to cancel my existing contract at 19 Aug 2020 in exceptional, to align back to my original contract end date?
Hallo,I have been using o2 DSL since 2015. But since July I have problem in speed and connection, the speed drops to 0 once in 10 minutes or so and recovers and drop again- and i am not able to connect to any network or really work from home. I have 30 euros per month for 50GB speed connectivity. THe real speed over wifi is less than 5gb.I tried reaching customer support - Did the following :DSL speed test - When it connect it is 25GB over LAN - but it takes 30 mins minimum to to this test as connection takes time. Over wifi - when it works, speed is lesst 5 gb. Contacted customer care couple of times - they refuse to accept there is a problem and refuse to issue ticket or send an technician. The router was reset multiple times - no improvement - o2 Box 6431 I stay at an apartment , yes there are new tenants and I am not sure if they use o2.Please provide a solution.
Hallo, Since January I have used O2 wifi, from starting I have problem in speed and connection, once i have changed router and once technician visit but i can not get any satisfied solution. Many times i have complained about it but they just generate ticket and closed ticket and giving reply like they were found nothing and whenever i used O2 hilfe application and checked speed , its show my speed is slow and many times 4mbps but i paid for 100mbps and the app generate one case number and shows to contact to technical number but over there i did not get any kind of solution. Please provide me helpful solution.
Hi all, Currently have a DSL contract in Berlin. I'm moving to Potsdam in about 3 months, and I'd like to take my DSL with me. I followed the steps on this page (https://www.o2online.de/service/erste-schritte/dsl-umzug/umzug-beauftragen/) but the link to download the form is not working. Can someone supply me with the correct form? I also tried initiating the process through MeinO2, but due to the current switch to VDSL, my account says that I have an "order in progress" and won't let me go any further. So, I guess filling out the form and sending it is the only thing I can do. Big thanks, Matthew.
Dear o2 Team and community, I am working from home as any other person nowadays. Internet connection is crucial for me. However, Internet signal lost at least 3 times a day. It comes back 10-15 mins or 1 hour later. This is not manageable for me. I contacted o2 service center in the previous weeks. You decided to send a new router to me (although I don’t think that’s the reason) and I installled the new router. Nothing changed. Suddenly Internet signal on the router starts blinking and my connection drops. When I’m connected, it’s super fast and I don’t have any problem. But then suddenly it drops. Hello,I placed an order for O2 DSL on 21.07.2020. The technician was supposed to visit today. Two times, I explicitly mentioned to the O2 customer service that the building do not have a bell system and that the technician must contact the front desk of the building and give my apartment number and my name and then the front desk would call us. The technician did not tell the front desk this information and did not call or inform us directly and left without activating the internet. This is completely unprofessional and customer unfriendly. I have already been waiting for 3 weeks to get internet. I contacted your customer service but they were rude with me and said that I have no other option than to wait till 19.08.2020 which is too late. And now I received a message that I can use my WiFi from 21.08.2020 suggesting that I have an appointment for then. This is extremely unsatisfying, as I urgently need internet. Today I bought a sim card with 1,25 gb and 300 sms and minutes tarif but I was thinking to get S tarif with 3,5gb and free talk and messages. Sorry for the english.(Finally) got my homespot and relevant sim card, just to discover that only IPv6 is working. I cannot access anything IPv4 so I have 10% of the internet working. That's only me? hi - I’ve been using this prepaid number (o2 my prepaid L) for about six months now, and I usually only use it for data / WhatsApp. Recently I noticed I couldn’t send SMS messages to anyone (I can receive them from friends and 2-factor Auth services). I also notice that all phone calls go direct to voicemail, I never even have the chance to pick it up! Can you check to see if there is an account / SIM configuration issue blocking it from being able to send SMS or receive voice calls? I have enough credit in my account (€ 24.59). Thanks!
Hello I placed an order for a O2 contract with SIM and Handy together. I’ve received the Handy 2 days ago but not the SIM card yet. I haven’t received any tracking information for the SIM apart from an email from O2 with my calling number and other SIM relevant tariffs and included services in my tariff. Could someone tell how much longer I would have to wait to get the SIM card?

Hello,I need a way to cancel or terminate my O2 DSL service as its still showing “active ” at my old address. I am no longer at that address. I am in the process of sending cancellation letter, however I am in the US and the letter will take some time to reach Germany. There are currently new tenants at the address who wish to get O2 DSL but cannot since I am still showing “active ” in the system. I need this canceled, terminated, or someway set to not active so new tenants can activate. Also is there a phone number who I can talk to someone knowing English, or at least which options to use when calling in as the IVR is in German? Hello,I had a technician appointment today and He did the setup and told me to wait for 10 mins. I can see the WLAN and the DSL lights are on. Internet, Telefone and info llights are off.I can connect to the router over the phone and laptop but there is no internet. Can you please let me know whether O2 activates the internet connection given some hours of time or is there a problem here? I charged my balance for 30 euros by online and bought Prepaid Data Pack M which is 5.99 euros. However after the payment, only 8 euros left in my balance. I thkink I clicked some different options by mistake, but I cannot find what options I clicked. Do you have any idea how can I check what contract did I make and refund it? Hi, My name is Gabo and my phone number is xxxx. For about one year I’ve had a contract with O2 for my mobile phone services. My situation is that since end January I haven’t benn in Germany, I came on a 2 months vacation to my home country (Mexico) and I had planns to return to Germnay on March 16th. Unfortunately because of COVID-19 I havn’t been able to return to Germany, for this reason, clearly I haven’t benn using my O2 mobile phone. I know I have a contract that I need to pay monthly and I was going to as soon as I came back to Germany, but I haven’t been able to do so, I literally cannot enter the country. I recived an email about my missing payments two months ago if I’m not mistaken and I replied explaining my situation, unfortunately you didn’t respond. I tried calling but same thing happend. In my email I asked if as soon as I’m back in Germany I could be spared of paying for those months I haven’t used your services or maybe instead of just condoning them I could extend
Hi, I made my contract last October 2019, I can’t speak german, so I bought my current offer “O2 M boost” from an O2 store in Berlin … and the agent explained the offer in English and it was supposed to have 6 months free of payment … and then 34.99/ month. The agent I bought from my line told me that there will be 39.99 one time payment then 6 months without payment then 34.99/ month I traveled outside gremany since January and then got stuck abroad with the COVID-19 and just came to Germany last week on mid June to know that i’ve been charged for all the months from the start of the conract. My question is, was there a 6 months free of charge or that was not included from the beginning ? ... also since I don’t speak german … the agent I bought from the line in the O2 store .. wrote to me my plan on the back of the contract I’ve signed … then he signed it and stamped it…. so I’m not sure why it was not included. attached is the page the agent wrote with his hand on the back of my co

I have just moved address and I am unable to update my address online successfully. When I input my new address, i get a error message saying the address and PLZ do not match - I am 100% sure I input them correctly.
