I bought a prepaid card of O2 last year, while I was in Germany. In january, I returned to my country and i tought that if I stop paying for more credits, O2 would cancel my telephone number. But they didn’t. In fact, this month a tarif of more than 100 euros appeared in my credit card bills.

I just want to cancel my telephone number.  Could anyone help me? My german is not very good and I couldn’t cancel my contract with O2 in their website.

Hi @bernardo34267

welcome to our English community. I am ready to help you with the cancellation of your prepaid-card.

In general, your prepaid-card deactivates itself automatically after 6 months when you do not use the card and you do not load credit on the card.

Unfortunately, your card would be already deactivated if you would not have loaded 15€ on your card on 8th August 2020. Now you have again to wait for 6 months.

I would like to ask you to fill out the following form: credit pay-off You will get the remaining amount back to your bank-account.

I hope I could be of help to you.

I hope that you have a nice stay abroad.

Loving greetings,

Tobias
