Over the last two months, my household has reached the Fair-Use limits as my partner and I are having to work from home due to COVID. 
I’m happy to upgrade but cannot find any information about how the fair use limits differ between Classic M (my current plan) and the My Home M and My Home L contracts. 

I keep getting disconnected by the chat bots and haven’t even seen where I can upgrade by myself… usually O2 is more attentive when I want to give them money! :D
Does anyone have any ideas?

@AliG The Classic M should not have any fair use limits.

Only limited in traffic are the tariffs My Home S, My Home S Plus, Classic XS.

Question: Why did you think you are on fair use limit?


I receive SMSes from them… Even unlimited contracts seem to have their limits (https://www.o2online.de/dsl-festnetz/fair-use/?partnerId=ed-wkbrand). Just annoying as I’m very happy to upgrade but I just need to know which plans the 300GB and 500GB limits are for. 
When I check my account it doesn’t say what my cap is at either.


@AliG normaly you must have the unlimited package in you Classic M with 100% discount.

One question: Did you use the landline from the dsl tariff or only the internet?
