Contract Withdraw


Hello,

I cancelled my contract and send the device as I told. Also, recieved an e-mail telling me everything is fine. I left germany 6th of August and of course before leaving closed my bank account. Today my neighbour found a letter from O2 about a payment. What should i do? Before leaving I was told everything is fine and I’m done with O2.

Hello @Oezaltun,

do you have any further information what the letter about the payment is about? Does it state that there is an open amount that has to be paid? Is thjere any further information included in that letter? (please don’t copy it here!)

I really don’t know what it is about. But translation says it’s an invoice. I paid it today by swifting. I hope there won’t be a problem since the Iban that i gave is not in use anymore.
