Hello, i have terminated my contact by mail a few months ago as i had to move back to Australia. I ams till receiving bills now from TK saying i have to pay, and no acknowledgement of my termination. Can someone please look into this or tell me how i can email directly.

Thanks for that, i have actually filled this out and sent to them via post but have not received any confirmation 02 have received this. Is there anyone from 02 who can look into my case?

Hello, I left Berlin in March, officially deregistered and sent a copy of this letter and request to immediately end my contract as i would be moving abroad in march. I am happy to pay for March but don’t see why i would be paying until August given that legally with providing the above i don’t need too. 

 

Please decrease the outstanding amount to March only and i would be happy to pay.

thanks for your reply. As I can see, we only received your cancellation-letter because of moving abroad on 3rd August 2020. 

 

Therefore, we immediately deactivated your contract on 3rd August 2020. Even if the letter is from 18th March 2020, we only received your cancellation on 3rd August 2020. 

 

For this reason, I have no chance to reduce the open amount for you. 

 

I hope you understand that.

You should also be aware that the early termination is a gesture of good will and not a legal entitlement.
