Contract cancellation


Hello,

I have moved to India as of August 6th,2020.I have already sent the de registration document and cancellation form to O2 address but still haven’t received a confirmation for the same.

Need your help.

It can take a few weeks before you receive a response.

welcome to our community. Your contract will be finished to August 20th 2020. The final invoice will be released by the mid of September. Is your bank account still valid up to this date.
