Dear O2 community, I am receiving high monthly bill from March from 2.03.2024 to 2.05.2024, which
included € 9.99 for a monthly Gymondo Fitness flat rate. Strangely enough, I never had the Gymondo app or booked such a subscription. I only discovered that the amount is on my monthly bill, although I don't know anything about it. I have read about the same case several times now. I ask that the subscription be cancelled as soon as possible and that the amount be refunded.

You should definitely cancel the subscription and observe the objection period of 8 weeks for invoices.

 You can try to manage or cancel subscriptions yourself here:

In any case

 Set a third-party block (only applies to new subscriptions) so that it doesn't happen again.

You have to register each cell phone number separately and log in with it, otherwise the third-party blocking may not be fully effective

I’ve just checked your contracts with us and from what I can see the package has already been cancelled. I’ve entered a refund for the past two months that you should be receiving with the next bill then.
