Hello could anyone answer my question please. 

I have a contract with o2, and they have already taken my aldi talk number (schon mitgenommen bei O2). Now i wanted to cancel my contract due to technical problems with the cable box and the router installation and send a termination letter. While waiting for a feedback with the termination. I already took a new Tarif contract still with O2, my question is; can I also use my aldi number with the new tarif contract or it will be automatically my contact number as soon as my former contract would be cancelled?

I have to recapitulate for a moment and ask what exactly you have concluded for contracts now.
You came from Aldi-Talk and then took out an o2 landline? If you no longer want to use this, you have a cancellation period of 14 days, depending on how you concluded the contract. This applies to contracts concluded over the phone and online. If you do not cancel your contract within the 14-day period and you terminate it, then it is terminated in due time at the end of the agreed contract term. Regarding your other concern: what other contract have you signed? A new landline or mobile phone contract?

I registered O2 One Unlimited Home 250 Flex and O2 One Unlimited Mobile last December 1,2021 in an O2 Store branch. Now I sent a termination letter for this contract already 4 times because the cable connection does not work, the cable or power indicator always blinks that means the internet connection can not be put up and can not be connected. A technician (contacted by o2 )came and said that the cable is not totally working, he said o2 should give router thru DSL, but when I talked to a personal thru phone, the personal said that connection can not be made thru the cable and thru DSL the connected would be very too slow. So I decided to terminate that and register for a new contract which is my O2 Home M, and it functions well , now I dont have a fixed number for calling so I order a partner card which is the O2 Free partnerkarte M. And I wanted to retain my aldi number with this partner card. But mg aldi number is already taken by o2 with my first contract (o2 one unlimited ).

1) My question is can I use and take that aldi number again to retain it while having the new o2 Free partnerkarte M contract? I already know the answer to this question, a personal said that yes i can still retain it automatically, i dont know if its true or not though cause i havent get my sim card yet, i would still receive it from post next next week.

  1. My problem now, is that in my o2 App it shows that my contract for the o2 one unlimited home 250 flex will be terminated on February 7, 2022 and the O2 one unlimited mobile will be terminated still on december 1,2023. A O2 personel told me that I will still pay the same price 60 euro every month until the termination date. My problem is why should i still pay for it if im not using it and i never used it cause i dont have a connection at all and already send back the router. Whats the reason why cant O2 terminate the contract at the same date? why should i wait until dec 1, 2023 and pay for a thing that i dont even use? Where is the responsibility when the connection cant be made and the company cant do anything about the cable connection? is it on the customer who dont even know how those cable lines and boxes work? why should i pay for that damage and cant the internet provider end the contract fairly?

Before I ordered the O2 Free Partnerkarte M, I have an another order My Data M 20GB , I thought i could also use the sim card for calls and texts but the personal told me its only for data, so I called back at the same day and decided to cancel the order, and finally ordered the O2 Free Partnerkarte M, so the personal have it cancelled ( storniert and i received a confirmation that o2 have it cancelled) .Now I can see in my o2 App that the sim card is “wurde versandt”, why did they still send it even though it was already cancelled? 

Thank you. I hope you could understand my situation. I dont understand German that much, so maybe i dont know if o2 try to let customers pay for something that is not being used.
