Hi, I can't login into my profile. I press "login" button → the page refreshes and that's it, nothing happens.







When I'm trying to confirm my email I see an error page.







Also, this link www.o2.de/mein-o2 is redirecting me to hilfe.o2online.de

Did you you have register your „Mein O2“ with your landline number or with a register link from an email from O2? If yes, than wait for a O2 moderator.
Okay, I received the router but still can't log in.




@PavelLaptev Did you get the last days an email from O2, that you can now full access your VDSL internet line?
@Joe Doe Can't find this email, but I received an email where O2 ask me to an online bill, but the link is broken (see above)

@o2_Tatjana no, I registered my account with the email where I receive all emails from O2. Should I register my account with another email?
Could you regist your account with your phone number?
