My customer number-60xxxxxx08 and I returned the DSL modem in December 2019. and got confirmation from O2.
Still I got email that 71 Euro will be charged to me --Why? I returned the modem and canceled the contract?
O2 Could you respond.?
We moved out of Germany and I send De-registration with Modem.(Now in India)
