My customer number-60xxxxxx08 and I returned the DSL modem in December 2019. and got confirmation from O2.

Still I got email that 71 Euro will be charged to me --Why? I returned the modem and canceled the contract?

O2 Could you respond.?

We moved out of Germany and I send De-registration with Modem.(Now in India)

How to do a cancellation of my DSL contract due to moving abroad?


Hi @PACHPANDE,

 

thank you for getting back to us. After your extraordinary cancellation request has been confirmed there is still a final invoice to pay. It contains three basic charges in advance as a compensation for the early cancellation. The router is fine. We got it back.

Please transfer the outstanding amount as soon as possible.
