URGENT - Lost my sim pin/PUK

Hello could someone please give me support. I do not speak German and locked out my sim card from too many wrong attempts. Now I require my PUK number which I do not have because I threw out the card that had the pin/PUK code on. I never logged online before so I cant find out this information that way.

Please advise me on what I can do.

I am sorry to hear you lost the PIN and PUK of your SIM card. There are several possibilities to access this information. We wrote an article about the different possible ways to access your PIN and PUK.
