Unlock Nokia 100

Dear O2,

I have a Nokia 100 phone that is locked with your provider which I would like to unlock. The IMEI code is 3555xxxxxxx8968. Would it be possible to send me the code to unlock it?

Hello, 

Many thanks. I have tried to unlock the phone but unfortunately the code does not work. I tried doing #PW+CODE+1 # and #PW+CODE+6#, but it says that the code is incorrect. What am I doing wrong? Can you help me solve this problem? Many thanks for your assistance.

Hi @Nokia100Lover, 

thanks for your reply. 

You need to do the following steps: 

  • first of all, put out any sim-card from your Nokia100 and switch on your device
  • afterwards, use the the keyboard and fill in the following code: #pw+CODE+1#
  • your device will give then the following note: "Einschränkungen der SIM-Karte wurden ausgeschaltet"

If you receive the following note: "die Beschränkungen können nicht zurückgezogen werden" , you have too many times filled in the code. You have only 3 attempts. 

In this case, you can write in the code only via an USB-cable. Follow these instructions: Unlock via USB-Cable Sorry, it is in German. I hope you understand it.

But don´t forget: You have a total of 3 attempts to enter the correct code.Otherwise your phone will be locked permanently
