I have a DSL contract that I added to mobile contract. I| only ordered DSL, not TV, however it appeared on the first invoice as free, as well as in the app. After one month, I started to pay 4.99€, and when I realised it, I cancelled it from the app. Now it is appearing again in my invoice. 

I have never used that service and I have been charged for that for months, even after cancelling it. Please, could you help me to get refund and that service to be cancelled, since I didn't ask for it in the first place.

I was happy to check this for you. The o2 TV M option that you booked with your DSL contract has a term of 24 months. You have listed this option directly in your contract documents for the DSL contract. You also received an email from us on August 19th 2021 with the contract components. The o2 TV M option is listed there for 24 months at a price of 4.99 euros. If you had not wanted this, you would have had the possibility to cancel the contract within 14 days of the order. This time has long since expired.
The cancellation of the o2 TV M Pack is already registered for you at the end of the 24 months. This is also how long the monthly fees will accrue.

How to cancel O2 TV M. I don't watch TV and I don't want to pay for it. I got this postpaid connection on Jan 2022. Now I have tried online website and don't find any option to cancel it. I am kind of now thinking to change the number if I don't get any way to cancel TV option. I don't want to 4.99. kindly help !
