Hello @brko ,

if you have a question concerning a bill, then we can try and help you or you can contact the normal Hotline under 089 787979400. Should it be an issue that concerns dunning, then you should call the 089 787979 456. Do note that these are generally german speaking hotlines. If it’s just a general billing question you can also contact the english speaking hotline.
