Subscription trap what to do?

As this is increasingly affecting English-speaking customers, I thought I would explain how you can take action against this.


-First cancel within 14 days, if this period has not yet expired.

If the subscription is not from o2, the revocation must be addressed to the respective provider, see invoice for address. Objection to the invoice may be sent to o2.

- otherwise cancel in writing, or try to manage or cancel subscriptions yourself here:

(If the subscription cannot be canceled or is not listed, a mod can help. It may take 14 days for someone from O2 to get back to you)


- Be sure to set a third-party provider block (only applies to future subscriptions!)

- Object to the invoices within the period of 8 weeks and request a refund with reasons as Registered letter:
