Hi! After 3 weeks of fighting with 02 customer service where your employees are HANGING UP ON ME just because I asked them if they speak english I dont have any words for you. I was living in Paris, London, Graz - everywhere to take an internet took me all together 2 days MAX and with you is an overwhelming problem that does not stop. Crazy, you are really the worst service and provider. And PLEASE FOR GODS SAKE - employ english speaking people. I dont understand how are there still people who dont speak english and especially in an international city as Berlin. Regarding my problem: we ordered an HOME BOX FLEX M SIM CARD. It came after a week waiting and we tried to activate it but after 3 days of calling customer service we got an info that there is some mistake in your system and that you will send a new temporary card (S free) that we can use until you fix the problem. We finally received another card and surprisingly again - we could not activate it. I tried again with the hotline, they hang up on me THREE times although they said I need to call them as soon as I receive S card. But as everyone were hanging up on me even when I put my german speaking friend on the phone - a rude boy hang up on me. Then, yesterday, I got an email my card is suddenly activated. I try with S - does not work. I try with the original first one - activation works. I put it in my phone, everything works, I put it in my router where every card works except that one. I try customer service again, I try FACEBOOK, I try whatsapp - its either error or not possible to talk to anybody. Do you know that in Vienna I get unlimited internet in every country without a contract obligation for 20 euros per month? In London I get the same for 10 bucks? Seriously, get your s… together and start valuing your customers. If you dont fix my problem in next 24 hours I am cancelling my contract and I will seriously put my best effort to advise everyone everywhere in every german group not to use your service cause this is out of this world. Thanks :)

Und warum sprichst du kein Deutsch? Kannst du nichts anderes als Englisch? Englisch ist halt nicht alles auf dieser Weit, wie du gemerkt haben solltest.

Wissen wir. In einigen Ländern ist es günstiger, in anderen Ländern teurer. Die Frage ist, ob du diese Preise nicht bei o2 findest oder allgemein in Deutschland. Und was hat das überhaupt mit o2 zu tun?

 

Du hast so viel geschrieben, aber etwas fehlt. Welchen Router hast du überhaupt? Den o2 Homespot oder einen anderen?

Vielleicht liegt es gar nicht an der SIM Karte (weil die SIM -wie du selber schreibst- im Handy funktioniert) sondern am verwendeten Router.

welcome to our English Community. Nice that you decided to order our HomeSpot-tariff. 

You are right, in the last days, we had an issue with activating the sim-cards. 

But as you already noticed, your o2 My Home M Flex is now activated. 

Do you still need help to activate the o2 HomeSpot? Just have a look here in this video: installation of o2 HomeSpot You have the possibility to switch the subtitles to English in order to understand it better. 

I hope you manage to install the o2 HomeSpot with this information.
