Request 4-digit personal identification number on updated address

In order to cancel my existing mobile phone contract, I would like to receive my 4-digits identification number on my updated home address.

Although I tried to update my home address in the “Contacts” section, after 3 days it hasn’t been updated yet, and I need to receive this mail as soon as possible.
