Registration & Name spelling Issue


Team, 

I am Not able to complete the registration due to Name spelling. How to change the same?

Pls help.

Team, 

I brought a new prepaid SIM card and wants to activate the same. But I mispelled the name compared with my Passport. 

When i do POSTIDENT or Video chat, Identiy check is failing due to name mismatch. 

How to correct the name as per Passport. 

Need help.

Just to be sure, I brought O2 prepaid card and entered my name incorrect.  Basically i shortened my name. Now that is not acceptable for verification. 

Q: how to change my name to march exactly with Passport.

This is not temporary issue. getting the same error when i try to register my self. Please help. 

Can you help in my registration? I am not able to move after this message.
