Prepaid simcard

Hi everyone, 

 

I need to have quick answer. We are wind turbine industry, but unfortunately our contract internet from another operator has been declined, our guys on wind turbine site bought o2 prepaid card. I need to active this card and buy internet for them, is that possible to do it remotely? 

I have tried register simcard at https://sim-aktivieren.o2online.de/msisdn , but getting error when entering rufnummer. “Die Aktivierung konnte leider nicht durchgeführt werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut oder wenden Sie sich an die Hotline.” 

 

Is there any chance to do it today? There is any English support in German o2 if yes what is the number with the number code? +49? 

 

 

Many many many thanks in advance, it is very urgent case!

We do offer english speaking support via Phone. Unfortunately not yet for prepaid.

Did you manage to activate your sim cards anyway or later that day or do you still need support?

You can still try and call the german speaking hotline. There is a good chance that someone answears your call, with good enough English skills to activate your sim cards.
